Sans Souci (No Worries) is an 18th century detached property situated in Mouilleron en Pareds, in the Southern Vendee. Sans Souci has been lovingly restored to boast many original features. In addition to this, all rooms have recently been refurbished - including new furniture throughout and new kitchen appliances. The house comfortably accommodates both large and small groups (10 persons max + cot). Please note: The garden is being re-designed with a new larger patio and extended decking around the pool during the winter of 2011/12 - this will further enhance the garden and create extensive sunbathing areas and dining area. A new pool liner will also be fitted. |

Sans Souci boasts an idyllic
sunny
courtyard to the front of the property, and a large enclosed garden
with south facing swimming pool, sun terrace, large area for outside
dining and barbecuing. The house also has a large games room with table tennis in the
barn and garage for
off-street parking.

The
interior includes a large lounge and formal dining room, both with wood
burning stoves, fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine
and dishwasher, downstairs shower room with washbasin and WC. Three
bedrooms; two bedrooms sleep 3 people and one bedroom sleeps 4. A pine
cot. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.

Many
rooms within the house
have magnificent
views of the village's Chateau and medieval Church. The house commands
an impressive position within the heart of the typically French village
of Mouilleron en Pareds. This pretty village has 3 bar/restaurants,
baker, pharmacy, general store, bank, village square, and tourist
information.

With many
of southern Vendee's renowned sandy beaches within easy access,
Mouilleron en Pareds can be reached from three major airports; Nantes,
La Rochelle and Poitiers. It is also easily accessed by all sea ports;
regardless of which you choose, the route is largely motorway all the
way down.
